BIO: Javier Gooden is a teenage Actor (SAG-AFTRA),Songwriter (BMI), Vocalist and Rapper (FUNKnation Recordings Inc.) from Brooklyn, New York b/w/o Maryland. He is also a young musician & entrepreneur pursuing higher education at Delaware State University. His HBCU bachelors degree will in Music Industry slated in 2028. Javier has been a recording artist since 2020 with the release of his first R&B single called "Why Do You Always Run?" Javier's style engages with his generation, but his music still speaks to an old soul. That is because of his soulful singing influenced by the likes of Faith Evans, New Edition, John P. Kee and his adept lyrical flow influenced by Logic, Jaden Smith and Kendrick Lamar. His musical style is versatile enough to branch into any genre.
